Often times, the homes that we stage have had multiple owners and are built in many different eras. For this project, we got to work with a freshly built house. Once we were finished, this home had multiple offers and was eventually accepted for what the buyer was asking. Literally nothing makes us happier than helping our clients sell their properties!
This open layout and modern aesthetic gave us a blank canvas to start working on. The color combinations were a bit darker than what we usually work with but we have plenty of furniture to pair with it.
With the living area, dining area, and kitchen having no barriers, we needed to make all three blend together which proposed a challenge.
We used a mixture of dark and light tones throughout the room to compliment each other and the tone of the room. The chairs that we used all had dark frames with medium toned cushions while using a light colored sofa and rug as the focal point in the room to offset the dark hardwood floors.
The main bedroom had a light colored carpet that let us use more lighter tones throughout the room and take advantage of the great lighting.
