We just completed a full stage of a beautiful Whitefish Bay home that will be hitting the market at the end of the week.
The master bedroom was by far the biggest transformation in this house. (I mean, just check out the before photo!) By painting the walls and ceiling a nice crisp white and removing the old dingy carpet (revealing stunning ORIGINAL hardwood) this room was transformed from old and dark, to a bright and welcoming master retreat!
We also replaced the lighting throughout the house, which made a huge difference, especially in the kitchen. The eat-in kitchen now has a defined breakfast area, that shows off the great, usable space in this kitchen.
The rest of this house needed a good decluttering + depersonalization. We removed as much art work and personal belongings, which then allowed as much natural light into the space as possible.
