Many people are unfamiliar with how staging works so let me give you a quick overview of our process.
First we meet with the Realtor or Home Owner, whomever is listing the property, and determine the scope of work, this is called a Design Consultation. After the Design Consultation a detailed written report is provided. From there we offer 3 options of staging, Occupied, Vacant and Al A Carte. Check out our website for details on each service.
"Sixty-two percent of sellers' agents say that staging a home decreases the amount of time a home spends on the market"
Now, what you've all been waiting for...
Our first stage + design was a 1927 American Fousquare home in the heart of Whitefish Bay, Wi. This beautiful home has been loved by one family for over five decades! The charm, classic American style and stunning wood detail is what makes this one of a kind!
The Meadow Place stage was a two room stage, our focus was to give potential buyers the 'wow' factor when they walked in, and allow their imagination to run wild throughout the rest of the home. With a tight budget I think we made this happen!

The Meadow Place home had an accepted offer within three days for the full asking price! We were thrilled to be a part of this successful home sale and hope you think it turned out as great as we did!
LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!
